Sadi
Sadi has received a heritage of “uses y costumbres” in Mexico, a recognition from the government that allows him to practice according to native traditions. He learned what he knows from his grandmother who was also doing Temazcal and plant medicine ceremonies. His fire ceremony is strong yet gentle enough for everyone to enjoy the process while having a healing experience.
Sadi ceremony goes well beyond a temazcal native sweat lodge, he is very interested into people’s stories and loves to share his own healing journey. He is very humble and connects with people from the heart. He has been leading his temazcal ceremony for about two decades. When he was younger he spent some time in the US, reason for which he is fully bilingual.
His ceremony is definitely one of the highlights of the retreat, as we go in his private land in a clean well groomed space with jungle nature, where sometimes families of monkeys pass by to say hi.
