Juan was diagnosed with Lupus at the early age of 12, and this was the beginning of the journey into the wide array of healing arts: meditation, reiki, yoga, herbs, nutritional medicine, bodywork, breath-work. He has kept Lupus in remission for over two decades without medication and shares the lifestyle recipe for this.He studied physical therapy in USA, yoga teaching in Mexico, bodywork in Portugal, and Event Management in Italy. He founded these retreats around 2013 and has hosted a variety of retreats, from gourmet fermentation retreats, leaky gut detox retreats, and physical therapy retreats. He has handpicked every venue and facilitator from this program, taking care of the food menu, schedule, and activities.
